Sox On 35th is a Chicago-based sports media company founded by Joe Binder in 2016. In the years following, Binder and editor-in-chief Jordan Lazowski have built Sox On 35th into one of the most prominent White Sox-focussed entities, centering on the creation and distribution of original written content, graphic designs, photos, videos, podcasts, and more.
Since its inception, Sox On 35th has amassed over 80,000 combined followers on social media and a team of 20 talented contributors. Along the way, the group has partnered with companies such as USA Today, BreakingT, STN Video, and Guaranteed Rate.
In 2022, Sox On 35th announced a partnership with NBC Sports Chicago for the regular MLB season. As part of the agreement, original content was featured on NBC Sports Chicago’s platforms in the following ways:
- Sox On 35th contributors made appearances on White Sox Pre/Postgame Live via WebEx by Cisco, presenting news and storyline updates, as well as other programming.
- Sox On 35th contributors’ work was simultaneously published to NBCSportsChicago.com and the MyTeams App.
- Sox On 35th and NBC Sports Chicago collaborated on social media content for platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
