We got the pitchers’ duel we expected last night between Lucas Giolito and Shane Bieber, and neither blinked in regular innings. However, the Sox lost the game in extras, and they will be looking to earn at least a split of this four-game set with Cleveland and get back to .500 once again.

Starting Pitchers and Game Notes
Zach Plesac (1-1, 1.38 ERA) vs. Carlos Rodon (1-0, 0.00 ERA)
- This will be the last day the White Sox are without Tim Anderson, as Tony La Russa announced he would be off the IL and in the starting lineup on Thursday.
- After battling a stomach bug on Monday, Carlos Rodon will look to follow up on his strong start in Seattle against a Cleveland lineup that he’s had some success against.
