After a long offseason, Chicago White Sox baseball is officially BACK! This season figures to shape up as one of the most interesting in team history; not because current expectations are high, but because fans will finally start to see the early results of Rick Hahn’s rebuilding process. 2018 will show fans what a full year of Moncada, Giolito, Lopez, Delmonico, etc. will look like, as well as the expected arrivals of top prospects Michael Kopech and Eloy Jimenez.
Although the White Sox likely won’t be World Series contenders, the team is expected to take a step forward from last year, and very well may be playing meaningful games through the end of September. Time will tell how the season will end up, but before the new regular season officially kicks off, the SoxOn35th crew compiled our individual predictions for the year.
