The White Sox continue to make strides in their return to normalcy at Guaranteed Rate Field.
The organization announced this afternoon that single-game tickets will now be available for home games from May 24th through June 16th. The tickets will go on sale this Saturday, May 22nd at 1 p.m. and will be offered in seating pods. There will also be an open seat in between each pod located in the same row.
In addition to the single-game tickets, the Sox announced their initial list of promotional giveaways. Here’s what you can expect if you’ll be in attendance (also pictured below):
- Change the Game Long Sleeve T-Shirt, presented by BMO, on May 24-25 vs. St. Louis (first 10,000 fans)
- Tim Anderson Bat Flip Bobblehead, presented by Guaranteed Rate, on May 28-29 vs. Baltimore (first 10,000 fans)
- White Sox Hawaiian Shirt, presented by Beggars Pizza, on June 4-5 vs. Detroit (first 10,000 fans)
- White Sox Tote Bag, presented by MLB Network, on June 9-10 vs. Toronto (first 10,000 fans)
- Retro Southpaw Shirt, created by local artist, Joey D.™ (Instagram: @joeyd76), on June 16 vs. Tampa Bay (first 10,000 fans)
This move by the team comes after their announcement last week where they expanded capacity to 60 percent (24,300 fans) starting with Monday’s game against St. Louis. It seems likely that full capacity could be restored by the end of June, so further updates will likely come as the season progresses.
