This game got off to the worst start imaginable as starting pitcher Blake Hickman issued 6 straight walks. The Dash did manage to rally in the ninth by scoring 2 runs but fell short. They lost 4-3.

Double-A Birmingham Barons

This was one of, if not, the most dominant pitching performances in the White Sox system this year. Jimmy Lambert carried a no-hitter through six and ended up going seven while giving up just 1 hit. Turns out that was the only hit the Barons pitching staff would give up in the shutout win.

Michael Kopech was in full control for the Charlotte  Knights. After two innings, he had 6 strikeouts and finished the night with 11. Charlotte found themselves in a pitcher’s duel but won it in extras 3-1.
