With the DSL White Sox season opener becoming delayed due to rain, it was just the ACL White Sox in action on Monday. After beginning the game strong with three scoreless innings, 2023 5th-round pick Christian Oppor was roughed up in the 4th, giving up three runs. The Sox lineup did some damage late, but it was not enough as the Royals held the lead to take the win.
