The White Sox have brought back a familiar face to man the bench for Class A (Advanced) Minor League affiliate Winston-Salem Dash. The news broke on Twitter late Sunday night.

Vizquel played two seasons (2010-2011) of his 24-year career on the South Side of Chicago. Although this will be his first managerial position, the former White Sox infielder already has some coaching experience on his résumé. Before his 4-year stint as the third base coach for the Tigers, Vizquel served as the Angels infield coach for one season. He replaces 2005 World Series Champion, Willie Harris.
