Overview:
The White Sox are looking to add to our day-of-game, Game Presentation team. If you are looking for a fun spring/summer part-time job this might be the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking enthusiastic and high-energy individuals to join our 360 Camera Booth team. In this role you will operate this fun interactive activation featuring a camera that rotates 360 degrees around a platform the guest stands on, allowing our fans to create special memories while at the ballpark. The slow-motion boomerang video is sent directly to their phone for them to share on their social media accounts! You will work home games throughout the 2025 Chicago White Sox baseball season.
Description:
- Setup and teardown of activation locations in different spots throughout the ballpark
- Greet and accommodate fans in an attentive, courteous, and friendly manner, and manage fan cue lines.
- Capture and send high-quality videos using the booth’s automated equipment and software.
- Communicate with the other operators to ensure a positive, and seamless fan activation.
- Demonstrate exemplary customer service working with fans of all ages.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of event-related experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of camera settings is a plus, but this is not a technical position. If you like collaborating with people and are enthusiastic, we will train you on the activation features!
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends in an outdoor setting.
- You should be comfortable working in a team-centric environment, but you will need to be self-motivated with the ability to work independently when required.
- We are looking for creative problem solvers with the ability to adapt, as necessary.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- The position requires extended periods of prolonged standing.
- Requires the ability to regularly lift, move, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.

The Pride Crew represents the Chicago White Sox at games, interacting with our fans to create a fun and memorable experience. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable personnel that can commit to working at least 30 home games per year.
Job Description:
- Represent the Chicago White Sox organization, partners, and sponsors with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm at all times
- Display outstanding teamwork and communication skills, and an energetic personality
- Able to interact and communicate with staff, clients, and guests (including children and adults) in a professional and respectful manner
- Able to entertain in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment
- Enjoy performing in front of up to 40,000 people, small groups, and individuals, knowing that image and likeness may be used in advertising materials, on the videoboard, on whitesox.com, on social media, etc.
- Comfortable with public interactions and sharing knowledge of the Chicago White Sox
- Execute pre-game and in-game entertainment features which will include, but are not limited to, running around the warning track and ballpark between innings; throwing t-shirts from various levels of the ballpark; assisting with fan interactive features; and pre-, in-, and postgame promotions
- Participate in a pre-season team photo and video shoot
- Function as a team player with a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Be prompt and available to work at least 30 home games, including weekends and holidays
- Arrive ready to work no later than two (2) hours prior to game time
- Roll promotional t-shirts
- Select contestants for pre-game and in-game fan interactive features
- Distribute sponsor items and prizes
- Set up and execute interactive elements, including theme night party shops, tents, and tabling locations
- Dress up for theme and heritage nights
- Participate in team meet and greets on the concourse
- Assist with pre-game ceremonies as assigned by the Game Presentation Department
- Wear the team-issued uniform at each game worked
- Available to work at marketing activations throughout the Chicagoland area
- All other tasks assigned by the Game Presentation Department
