The Chicago White Sox are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Coordinator of Game Presentation to help plan, develop, and execute all aspects of game entertainment at White Sox home games and events. Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Coordinator of Game Presentation will work closely with the Game Presentation and Videoboard Production teams, as well as all organizational departments to conceptualize, promote, drive, and enhance the White Sox gameday experience.
More specifically, this role will be responsible for:
- Assist the Director of Game Presentation with the creation, planning, and execution of all game presentation features and elements.
- Manage the Pride Crew (entertainment team), including:
- Plan auditions; hire and develop team members
- Create staff schedule for all 81 home games, events, and appearance requests
- Organize all gameday staff assignments based on run of show
- Prepare budget and submit payroll
- Research, select, and order all uniform apparel
- Plan pre-season team meeting and photo/video shoots
- Work internally to maintain the Pride Crew webpage and social media presence
- Manage the Emcees, including:
- Plan auditions; hire and develop talent
- Write pre-game and in-game scripts for talent
- Create talent schedule for all 81 home games, events, and appearance requests
- Organize all gameday talent assignments based on run of show

- Research, select, and order apparel for theme nights and special events
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of sponsored and non-sponsored entertainment to be implemented at home games, including theme and heritage night pre- and in-game features, food and beverage locations, retail offerings, and unique experiences for fans to participate in.
- Develop and write scripts for Public Address Announcer and talent and submit to Closed Captioning partner for display on in-stadium videoboard.
- Assist with the logistics and execution of pre-game on-field experiences and entertainment with departmental personnel and participants/performers.
- Prepare gameday timing documents and memos for distribution to staff, clubhouses, umpires, and broadcast partners which details all pre-game and in-game elements, experiences, and entertainment.
- Coordinate logistics, ticket requests, and hospitality for ballpark entertainers, performers, and celebrities.
- Help prepare and maintain department budgets, including the tracking and recording of invoices and purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate the gameday social media activation (Tagboard) on the videoboards, including the selection of content and implementation of in-game features.

- Assist with the development and maintenance of the Game Presentation catalog which contains historical and current features and ideas available to be added to the gameday run of show as sponsored or non-sponsored content.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, emphasis in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred

The Chicago White Sox Business Strategy & Analytics Department is responsible for supporting the creative development and execution of long-term growth initiatives of the team in terms of both revenue and fans. We are dedicated to continuously learning more about fans of the Chicago White Sox and focus on improving customer facing revenue streams (e.g. tickets, sponsorship, merchandise, concessions), growing fan engagement, and optimizing marketing effectiveness across channels. The department’s overall vision is to be a fan insight hub for the entire organization, delivering timely data and insights to key decision makers across our business operations.
The Analyst, CRM & Strategy will work cross functionally with a fan-focused, data driven lens to drive revenue and increase operational efficiency across the organization. The role will support several internal departments on various strategic priorities including improving fan experience, growing the fanbase, and implementing sustainable, data driven business processes. This individual will maintain CRM reporting, processes, and campaigns. The Chicago White Sox is seeking an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coordinator – Rehab. This is a full-time position that will be based year-round out of our complex in Glendale, Arizona. You’ll work closely with the White Sox Medical and Player Development Departments to optimize player health and performance outcomes during the return to performance process. The purpose of this position is to assist with leading the Strength & Conditioning Department in return-to-performance protocols, performance programs, core initiatives and assessments of major and minor league players. The expectation is to objectively demonstrate marked improvement in player key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively within the Sports Performance Department in the disciplines of Sports Science, Performance Nutrition, Mental Performance, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Training to develop holistic athlete centered programs.
- Design and implement strength and conditioning programs for all players in rehab and return-to- performance protocols.
- Prescribe and teach individualized physical development program based on athletes ongoing physical assessments throughout the year.
- Knowledge, experience and willingness to learn and utilize various technologies (wearable and non-wearable).
