Job Description:

The Chicago White Sox organization is seeking a payroll professional to join our accounting team as Payroll Coordinator. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a great team player. The candidate must have payroll processing, tax reporting and some basic accounting experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for administrative, hourly, and seasonal staff.
  • Coordinate timekeeping for hourly employees.

Assistant Performance Coach – Seasonal

Job Purpose:

The role of the Assistant Performance Coach is to aid the in-season sports performance staff at the Chicago White Sox and minor league affiliates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work Environment

The position will work in an athletic training room, weight room, baseball complex, office, and stadium environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and fax machines.  The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment.  Work is medium in demand.  Routinely requires lifting of up to one hundred pounds with frequent lifting or carrying of objects.  Medium strength is required to position athletes for examination and assist them on and off the exam table.  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel will be required occasionally to assist with physician appointments and rehab assignments.
